PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS

The Federal Government has entered into a series of bilateral agreements with some interested provinces to allow admission of provincial nominees under current legislation. British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and Saskatchewan are some of them.

Under these agreements, persons can be admitted to the provinces who can contribute to the industrial and economic development of the province.

A person who has been nominated by a province need only 25 points and higher in order to qualify for a visa. However, all statutory requirements are to be met as well.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada processes Provincial Nominees as quickly as possible. An interview by Canada Visa Office may not be required for Provincial Nominees.

GOOD CANDIDATES CAN SEEK IMMIGRATION UNDER PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS, WHO MAY NOT OTHERWISE QUALIFY UNDER FEDERAL IMMIGRATION.

The following are the Provincial Nominee Programs for which an applicant can apply for immigration. Every province has its own selection procedure. For details please visit page http://www.soscanada2000.com/immigration.html

For FREE ONLINE ASSESSMENT please see page: http://soscanada2000.com/migration/onlineass.html
