APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Send this application to the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre. All supporting documentation (e.g., transcripts, course descriptions, language proficiency test scores [if applicable], etc.) must be sent directly to the Office of International Admissions at York University. Once we have received all your documents we require several weeks to make an admissions decision. For a list of required documents, refer to our Web site at www.yorku.ca (click on Prospective Students).Note: Early Conditional Admission — If you are completing an academic high school program at the present time, you can ask your school or teacher to send a statement of your interim or predicted final results to the Office of International Admissions. We will offer you early conditional admission based on this information if your academic qualifications meet our entry requirements.
